The Director, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) leads CapMetro’s risk management function, overseeing strategy, governance, and enterprise-wide integration of best practices. This role drives a risk-aware culture that strengthens decision-making, resilience, governance, and operational efficiency. The position reports to the VP, Organizational Strategy & Projects.
