- Based in Parramatta, NSW with flexible working arrangement available
- Salary ranges from $129,464 to $142,665 plus superannuation and annual leave loading
About the role
The Senior Project Officer, Training System Outcome Improvement, contributes to project management, planning, and the development and maintenance of performance assessment frameworks to effectively monitor and evaluate the performance of vocational education and training (VET) providers.
In this role you will
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to support policy, program and project development.
- Lead and coordinate projects to achieve timely quality outcomes.
- Monitor project performance and manage risks and emerging issues.
- Prepare reports, briefings and Ministerial correspondence for stakeholders.
- Build stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
