Job Description
Business Leadership & P&L Ownership
- Serve as overall business leader and PNL owner for Hong Kong & Macau.
- Own full P&L accountability, including revenue growth, profitability, pricing discipline, productivity, compliance and business performance.
- Develop and execute annual local business plans aligned with regional strategies.
Sales & Service Leadership
- Priority is to lead Hong Kong & Macau PE Sales and Service organization to achieve sustainable business growth and operational excellence.
- Drive execution of overall business and people plan to deliver sales, service, retention, and profitability targets.
- Build a high-performance culture through talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, and leadership coaching.
Customer Management
- Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key local customers, industry partners, and market stakeholders.
- Identify local market opportunities, competitive threats, and emerging trends to accelerate growth.
- Represent Ecolab in the Hong Kong & Macau market and strengthen the company's brand presence.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Build strong partnerships with local and regional leaders.
- Collaborate closely with functional leaders and drive cross-functional alignment to achieve business objectives and customer success.
Digital Transformation & Innovation
- Lead local level digital transformation initiatives to improve customer experience, productivity, and business performance.
- Promote adoption of digital tools, data-driven decision making, and innovative service solutions.
- Partner with regional teams to implement strategic digital projects and new technologies.
