
Sr Analyst Intercompany I
Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Support monthly accounting RTR Intercompany processes.
- Contribute to achieve internal metrics defined in the agreed SLAs.
- Stablish & monitor KPI's to achieve goals. Set team goals to be align with the company strategy.
- Develop and maintain collaborative, cooperative, effective Partnerships with Country Controllers, local accounting staff, and Corporate Functions.
- Manage ERP and technology tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle, HFM, EPM, Workday).
- Maintain and improve processes, procedures, and documentation.
- Support and cross-train team members on department responsibilities.
- Detect, analyze, and escalate accounting processes and tasks that are malfunctioning or need to be improved and possibly launch a new project.
- Support internal & external audits.
- Set up goals and discuss performances with Supervisors.
- Work on succession plans (detect potential candidates and develop strategies).
- Build talent and career plan with the members of the team+E12.
- Support managements in salary strategy & merit process.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance and two to four years of significant work experience.
- Advanced English level (oral and writing)
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft tools
- Strong attention to detail, with sensitivity to deadlines.
- Result oriented and proactive.
- Self-Driven & Solution mindset
- Knowledge of SAP and Power BI will be a plus.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Word and Outlook software
