This position is part of the Singapore Manufacturing and Operations Teams.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Manufacturing & Operational Execution
Perform production tasks to convert raw materials into finished products, including operating lab equipment and preparing products for shipment.Compliance, Quality & Safety
Adhere to all work instructions, SOPs, company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO standards), including cleaning and decontamination protocols.Documentation & Record Management
Maintain accurate electronic records of production activities, product details, processes, equipment usage, and training to ensure traceability and data integrity.Inventory & System Utilization
Manage inventory transactions and effectively use computer systems and software to support operations in an efficient and controlled manner.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Basic knowledge of manufacturing practices, with strong computer skills (Excel, Word, internet)
Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; demonstrates teamwork, professionalism, punctuality
Able to adapt to changing processes, priorities, and environments; capable of working under pressure, making independent decisions, prioritizing tasks, and consistently adhering to defined protocols.
It would be a plus if you also possess:
Prior experience working in laboratory environments and handling chemicals.
