JOB SUMMARY
The Treasury Management Coordinator (TMC) plays a critical role in supporting the delivery, execution, and ongoing servicing of treasury management products and services. This position serves as a central point of coordination for client servicing, operational support, billing oversight, and internal treasury projects. The TMC ensures a high-quality client experience while supporting operational efficiency, strong risk management practices, and continuous process improvement.

WHAT ARE THE DUTIES OF THE TMC?
Client Servicing & Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for treasury management client inquiries and servicing requests.
- Provide phone and email support to business clients and internal partners.
- Troubleshoot issues across ACH, wires, RDC, and digital banking services.
- Support onboarding, documentation collection, and implementation activities.
- Assist with client training and ongoing service support.
Treasury Operations Support
- Support daily treasury operations including ACH, wire, and RDC activities.
- Maintain logs for service requests, limit changes, and operational activities.
- Assist with audit preparation, reporting, and documentation.
Billing, Account Analysis & Reconciliation
- Monitor treasury fees and ensure accurate billing across services.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of billing and account analysis.
- Track fee waivers and pricing exceptions.
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies.
Project Coordination & Process Improvement
- Support treasury product initiatives and system enhancements.
- Participate in projects such as Positive Pay and digital banking upgrades.
- Track project deliverables and timelines.
- Identify and recommend process improvements.
Policy & Procedure Development
- Assist with creation and maintenance of treasury policies and procedures.
- Ensure alignment with NACHA, BSA/AML, and internal standards.
- Maintain documentation of workflows and controls.
Risk & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain strong operational controls and documentation.
- Escalate risk or fraud concerns appropriately.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - candidates must have these to be considered:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 2 or more years of experience in banking, treasury, or operations experience.
- Ability to perform the essential functions, and the mental/physical demands of the job.
- Current driver's license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage if required to drive while performing assigned duties and responsibilities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - candidates will stand out if they have these:
- Strong knowledge of treasury services (ACH, wires, RDC)
- Familiarity with FIS or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of NACHA rules and treasury risk practices
- Strict adherence to international and local financial regulations (e.g., SOX, KYC, Basel III) to protect company reputation.
- Meticulous - consistently delivers error-free work.
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and instruct others, interpret documents, understand procedures, write reports and correspondence, speak clearly to customers and employees.
