Please note this 6-month intern position offers flexible work hours once the university year starts and a hybrid work model (onsite and work from home).
- Support the Customer Success team by helping respond to customer questions via email and chat, with guidance and training
- Learn how to onboard new customers and assist them with basic product setup and first steps
- Help keep customer information organized and up to date in internal systems (e.g., CRM tools)
- Assist in reviewing basic customer activity data to spot users who may need extra support
- Collect and organize customer feedback to help the team understand user needs and improve the product
- Passion for working in a dynamic, client-facing setting
- Enthusiastic, driven, and confident personality
- Go-getter, systematic, and organized
- Fluency in English is a must
- Interest in systems and tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
