Join Saxo’s Group PMO and lead the delivery of high-impact, business-critical initiatives at the heart of the bank’s transformation. In the role in Group PMO you will drive complex projects across automation, regulatory infrastructure and product domains, contributing to a scalable, modular, and future-ready platform.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will operate at the center of execution, ensuring delivery discipline, strong governance, and measurable business outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders.
You will join a high-performing Group PMO team, known for execution excellence, transparency, and strong collaboration across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery
Own the full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional projects ensuring clear scope, structure, and outcomes - Drive execution and decision-making
Ensure alignment, pace, and delivery across business and technology teams, enabling clear prioritisation and timely decisions - Own core project disciplines
Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies across complex stakeholder and system landscapes - Establish strong governance and transparency
Lead SteerCo processes, reporting, and decision frameworks, ensuring clear visibility on progress, risks, and value delivery - Proactively manage risk and complexity
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and bottlenecks, ensuring momentum and delivery continuity
Your Profile
You are a high-impact Project Manager who thrives in complex environments where structure, clarity, and leadership are essential.
You bring a strong execution mindset and the ability to align stakeholders, challenge constructively, and drive outcomes. You are comfortable operating across business and technology domains and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience delivering large, complex projects in cross-functional environments
- Proven track record in transformation initiatives (technology, data, platform, or regulatory)
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Solid experience in project governance, planning, financial management, and risk control
- Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives with competing priorities
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments is an advantage
- Strong facilitation skills and ability to drive alignment and decision-making
- Familiarity with modern technology environments (APIs, platforms, data, automation) is a plus
