Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist manages end to end recruitment process for the hiring of Akkodis staff by sourcing quality professionals within agreed time scales and targets. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for providing professional recruitment service to all clients and works in partnership with external/internal stakeholders to provide specialist advice and solutions that support the delivery of the business objectives.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to meet the staffing goals across all levels within multiple projects and to form a positive recruitment experience
- Focus on direct sourcing methodologies to attract top talents in different fields
- Engage with stakeholders across the business, regularly updating all parties on the status of the allocated requisitions
- Communicate regularly with client representatives on the progress of the project, specifically highlighting any specific challenges and proposing solutions
- Analyse and understand the changing business needs, and competitive landscape, and develop strategies
- Identify, attract, and present professional level candidates utilizing a variety of sources
If you have:
- Excellent French & English skills, both verbal and written, min B2.
- Excellent knowledge in the recruitment process best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Excellent Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Previous contact centre experience is a strong advantage
- 1 year or more of experience in the recruitment field is considered advantage
