Your Contribution
- Support manufacturing processes from an electrical engineering perspective.
- Participate in launching new products on production lines.
- Supervise and maintain automation tools (PLC, HMI, Servo controllers, frequency converters, servo presses).
- Program 2D readers, cameras, AOI systems, and support selective soldering technology.
- Supervise electrical and functional test equipment.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and production traceability systems.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- PLC programming (Siemens TIA Portal preferred) and robot programming.
- Experience in PCBA production and manufacturing / engineering environments.
- Knowledge of camera programming (Cognex, Keyence), AOI/SPI systems, and soldering technologies.
- Familiarity with ESD standards, laser marking, dispensing technologies.
- Understanding of inverter operation, high/low voltage electronics, and power semiconductors (IGBT, MOSFET).
- Experience with PCB manufacturing processes (reflow, wave, selective soldering).
- Skilled in measurement technology and functional testing of electronic systems.
- Experience with failure analysis and root cause analysis (5Why, Ishikawa).
- Ability to create work instructions, test protocols, and measurement reports.
- Knowledge of ISO TS 16949 / IATF standards.
