Country Team Lead, Palladium Honduras

Palladium is seeking a Country Team Lead to support implementation under the Digital Cities Innovation Accelerator Small Grants Program led by the U.S. Department of State. The project focuses on strengthening coordination, data integration, and decision-making across key stakeholders involved in trade, logistics, urban systems, and public sector service delivery in Honduras. It will deploy a secure, cloud-based solution to enable improved visibility, efficiency, and collaboration across public sector institutions. Within this context, the Country Team Lead will provide overall leadership and coordination of in-country implementation of the grant, ensuring effective alignment between technical delivery, stakeholder engagement, and institutional requirements. The role will work closely with government partners and project teams to support adoption, integration, and long-term sustainability of the digital solution. The Country Team Lead will be responsible for managing local teams, facilitating multi-stakeholder coordination, and ensuring delivery of results in line with program objectives and donor requirements.
