Executive Director, Enterprise Business Systems & Operations

The Executive Director of Enterprise Business Systems & Operations provides strategic leadership, vision, and oversight for the organization's enterprise business systems, with a primary focus on Workday (HCM, Finance, Payroll & Supply Chain) and Symplr (workforce management). This role requires high collaboration with business-functional leaders and teams and the ERP Program Director. Ensures these platforms are optimized for success, supporting operational excellence, regulatory compliance, innovation and organizational growth.     - Hybrid: onsite meetings and executive presence as needed
