Job Description

This role serves as the primary customer contact for daily order execution and service coordination, ensuring smooth sales order processing, delivery issue handling, and customer satisfaction. The position is critical to maintaining operational continuity, supporting daily sales activities, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) execution, and cross-functional coordination across Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics , and other related functions (e.g. Finance, Aftermarket) as required.
