As Manager Finance, you will take full ownership of financial governance at country level, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and transparency. You act as a key business partner to local management and regional finance organizations, driving financial performance and providing decision-relevant insights. In this role, you will lead and coordinate core Finance functions while ensuring alignment with corporate standards and local regulations.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate Finance functions (Accounting & Controlling) at country level to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and statutory closings
- Oversee and steer the Accounting Shared Service Center, ensuring quality, compliance, and adherence to timelines
- Take full ownership of country-level financial results, providing transparent and decision-relevant insights to local management
- Collaborate with Treasury on cash management, banking activities, and financial risk topics
- Ensure alignment with Legal, Tax, and Regional Controlling on regulatory and internal compliance matters
- Maintain corporate housekeeping for local legal entities and ensure adherence to governance standards
Show your expertise
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (e.g. MSc, MBA or equivalent)
- Solid experience in Finance, Accounting and/or Controlling within an international environment
- Strong knowledge of Swiss GAAP and statutory reporting requirements (mandatory)
- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing finance teams
- Experience working with Shared Service Center structures and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with a structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
