Job Description
- Partner with sales executives to drive business plans and go-to-market business strategy.
- Build consensus among cross-functional teams and consult decision making within executive-level audiences.
- Structure and lead large-scale operational improvement initiatives through implementation. Identify and resolve issues impacting business growth.
- Run smooth, efficient sales launch processes leading planning and supporting sales activation programs, headcount planning, objective setting, sales cadence, portfolio management, and escalations.
- Lead a high-performing team to deliver on all strategic and operational priorities.
