Where You'll Make an Impact
As a Per Diem BCaBA at Applied ABC, you'll support the delivery of individualized ABA programming while collaborating with BCBAs, RBTs, and families to drive meaningful client progress. Whether working in-person or remotely, you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality clinical care.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting client assessments, implement individualized treatment plans, and support ongoing skill evaluations
- Provide direct supervision and support to RBTs and Behavior Technicians
- Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate behavioral data and adjust support based on client progress
- Support parent and caregiver training and collaborate with BCBAs, families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and ensure full compliance with BACB, HIPAA, and payer requirements
What Sets You Apart
Required
- Active BCaBA certification in good standing and a Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation when travel is required and authorized to work in the United States
Nice to Have
- Experience supervising RBTs or Behavior Technicians in home-based, clinic-based, or school-based settings
- Familiarity with electronic data collection and clinical documentation systems
- Naturally connects with families, meets them where they are, and makes them feel heard and supported
