As we continue to invest in the future of hospitality technology, we are building a pipeline of exceptional product talent focused on shaping the next generation of B2B AI-powered tools and experiences for restaurants and operators.

We are particularly interested in connecting with:

  • IC Product Directors who thrive in highly strategic, hands-on product leadership roles and can drive vision, execution, and innovation across AI-enabled B2B experiences.
  • Senior Product Managers who are passionate about building intelligent tools, workflow automation, and data-driven products that empower restaurants to operate more effectively and deliver better hospitality experiences.
     

Ideal candidates bring experience building SaaS products, AI-powered workflows, platform capabilities, or operational tools for business users, along with a strong product mindset grounded in customer empathy, experimentation, and measurable impact.

Please note that this job posting is a pipeline requisition intended to capture interest from candidates for future Product Director and Senior Product Manager opportunities focused on B2B AI tools at Resy.

 

  • Define and drive product strategy for AI-powered B2B tools that help restaurants and hospitality operators improve efficiency, decision-making, and guest experiences.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Commercial teams to identify customer pain points, prioritize opportunities, and deliver impactful product solutions from concept through launch.
  • Leverage customer insights, product analytics, and experimentation to inform roadmap decisions and continuously optimize product performance and adoption.
  • Champion a user-centric product culture by deeply understanding restaurant workflows and translating complex operational needs into intuitive, scalable product experiences.

Minimum Qualifications

    • 6–8 years in Product Management in a fast-moving, metric-driven environment, with a strong track record on engagement, retention, or activation

    • Exceptional product sense and UX/UI sensibility: you synthesize research quickly, challenge design until it's right, and raise the quality of everything you touch

    • Fluent in modern product methods: experimentation, A/B testing, behavioral analytics, and building a culture of disciplined learning

    • Proven ability to lead through influence, set clear priorities, and make well-reasoned decisions in ambiguous environments
       

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on with modern AI and prototyping tools (e.g. Cursor, Bolt, Claude Code) and comfortable moving fast from concept to something real
  • Sophisticated, pragmatic command of applied AI in consumer products: personalization, recommendation, intelligent discovery, and adaptive experiences, with shipped features that drove measurable behavior change
