Your future tasks will be…


A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and credible HR professional to join the Computacenter team in Hungary as HR Consultant.  Reporting to HR Manager of Hungary, this is a true generalist role that will see you involved in all operational elements of HR and have visibility on strategic elements via engaging with stakeholders on a regular basis.

You will work closely with your team, ensuring that you provide first-class support and guidance across all topics of the HR spectrum.

 

On a daily basis:

 

  • Work closely with aligned stakeholders advising on local HR legislation, governance, and compliance matters
  • Help ensure the delivery of HR function and business targets
  • You will be an integral part of the local Wider Leadership Team and attend leadership meetings
  • Establish yourself as the situational expert on HR matters, advising, coaching, and guiding the local leadership team ensuring that CC values are understood and adopted
  • Work in close partnership with Local HR Team members, sharing best practice, leveraging each other’s expertise, and supporting the succession planning via mentoring
  • Supporting the HR Manager and HR Business Partner in maintenance of all HR structures and continuous development initiatives
  • Support the People Operations Hungarian Support Team to ensure that all administrative processes are followed based on internal procedures
  • Support the business needs by creative HR solutions in line with local policies and legislations and group guidance and values
  • Support the implementation of Group and Local Human Resources programs and projects
  • Make sure that all HR policies are updated in line with latest legal requirements and group policies
  • Review, support and advise in cases of terms and condition changes, internal moves, and re-organizational initiatives
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR related reports to support management decisions
  • Ensure effective collaboration with third-party HR suppliers
  • Create, improve and deliver training on different HR topics and act as facilitator in events and conversations of the business
  • Support career pathway and performance management based on business needs

 

 

You are the ideal candidate if you….

 

  • Have 5-year professional experience in HR
  • Have full generalist capability by understanding recruitment, employee relations, reward, talent management, and employee development
  • Have exceptional ability to develop strong relationships with all levels of colleagues
  • Have ability to create and maintain strong relationships with Senior Leaders as trusted advisor
  • Have dynamic, positive, people-oriented attitude, with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Have structured, analytical mindset
  • Have experience in stakeholder management
  • Have fluent English and Hungarian language skills
  • Have ambition in self-learning and personal development
  • Have HR Business Partner aspirations
  • Have solid understanding of labor code regulations
  • Have open-minded proactive approach to change
  • Have experience in structured problem solving and project coordination
  • Have experience of using SAP based HR processes is an advantage.
