We are looking for our next Environmental and Social Impact intern as of September 2026 at our AXA Headquarters

Within the Group, you will join the Group Sustainability team (within the Communications, Brand & Sustainability Department) which has the three following missions: (i) be the Group’s strategic driver on Sustainability, including acting as an influencer with internal and external stakeholders; (ii) oversees implementation and operationalization of the Group’s Sustainability Strategy through a dedicated network of Sustainability Officers; and (iii) coordinates the Group’s sustainability-related disclosures to ensure coherence and consistency with market standards and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements
What You’ll Do: Conduct research and analysis to contribute to sustainability strategy definition
Manage sustainability projects and coordinating cross-functional initiatives Gather and formalize information on social and environmental topics
Perform benchmarking of insurance peers to identify and leverage best practices
Participate in data collection and analyzing KPIs against environmental targets
Contribute to AXA’s environmental reporting and participation in ESG surveys
Who You Are: Currently pursuing a Master’s degree at a Business School, University, or Engineering School, seeking a 6-month internship
Fully fluent in English and French (oral and written); additional languages such as Spanish or German are a plus
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills
Multi-tasking ability and capacity to prioritize and deliver results within a given timeframe
Dynamic, autonomous, and proactive team player with excellent communication skills
Knowledge of sustainability issues is a significant advantage
