Compensation

Position Schedule
- Full-time
- 5-day work week
- Rotating schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
What We're Looking For
In this role, you will build relationships with current and prospective Audi customers, assist with vehicle sales and lease renewals, follow up on leads, and identify upgrade and trade-in opportunities. You'll provide exceptional customer experience while generating repeat business, maintaining CRM activity, and achieving customer retention and sales goals.
- Previous automotive sales, BDC, customer retention, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with excellent follow-up habits
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple customer opportunities
- Professional appearance and customer-first attitude

The California annual pay range for this position is $48,200.00 - $158,700.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Payable Gross, and Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. And a variety of other benefits.
