Team Leader

You will lead the Combustion Spray Pyrolysis (CSP) department to meet department and business goals for Safety, Production and Quality Further you will work alongside other CSP production team members to help execute daily tasks by leading, coaching, training, and mentoring others Your expertise in both business and process knowledge will be relied on heavily for team success Also, you will serve as a liaison between your production department and support functions such as engineering, safety, quality, and maintenance teams You will assist management with tasks such as production scheduling, time clock and vacation management, as well as production quality and safety related issues You will present status updates, timelines, and discuss open or resolved issues daily with your manager and team
