We are building a new generation of agentic, AI-powered products for telecom and enterprise customers - delivered both as a modern SaaS platform with intuitive UX and as Data-as-a-Service through APIs and deep integrations.
Our products enable both human users and autonomous agents to access, reason over, and act on data - powering use cases such as AI copilots, automated workflows, and partner integrations.
You’ll operate with a builder/startup mindset, moving quickly from 0→1, validating with customers, and scaling what works.
In this role, you will own end-to-end product strategy and execution for products that transform raw data into trusted, actionable experiences for both humans and machines
What will your job look like?
- A portfolio of agentic capabilities and data products, including reusable “skills” (discrete agent actions), workflows, and end-user experiences—with measurable customer impact
- The agent ecosystem, enabling internal copilots, customer-facing agents, and partner systems to safely consume and act on data
- Data exposure layers, including APIs and integrations, ensuring scalable, structured, and trusted data access
- How data and capabilities are packaged to drive adoption, automation, and business outcomes
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product discovery by deeply understanding customer problems, business goals, and operational constraints - across data products, insight experiences, and integrations.
- Define product vision and roadmap (SaaS), and for Data-as-a-Service surfaces (APIs, partner/customer integrations) - from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Define clear product requirements, user stories, and success for agentic / GenAI capabilities.
- Drive the end-to-end experience: JTBD, UX flows, information design, and adoption.
- Work day-to-day with engineering and data teams to prioritize backlogs, clarify scope, and ensure high-quality execution.
- Drive experimentation and iteration based on usage data, feedback, and business impact.
- Partner with go-to-market, sales, and customer teams to support pilots, launches, and customer adoption.
- Measure product success using adoption, usage, customer value, and business outcome metrics.
- Continuously gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to improve product effectiveness.
- Stay current with trends in GenAI and agentic systems, and apply relevant ideas to the roadmap.
All you need is...
- 6-8 years of Product Management experience with SaaS and/or platform products.
- Proven experience delivering experience, analytics/insights experiences, or API-first products.
- Hands-on experience building and/or managing agentic / GenAI product capabilities (copilots, workflow automation, tool-using agents) from concept to production.
- Solid understanding of Generative AI systems, including LLM-based applications, prompt-driven workflows, and agentic architectures.
- Experience defining product requirements for AI-powered features, including quality, safety, cost, and latency considerations.
- Strong business affinity and impact-driven mindset: define success metrics, drive adoption, and conect roadmaps to outcomes.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial / startup mindset: high ownership, bias to action, comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration.
- Strong discovery, prioritization, and execution skills in cross-functional environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred
- Experience in the telecommunications industry or similar large-scale enterprise ecosystems
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure) and modern AI/data tooling in production settings; experience in Telco (or similar large-scale enterprise ecosystems) is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with agentic / GenAI systems (assistants, autonomous workflows) in production or advanced POCs - including guardrails, explainability, human-in-the-loop, and continuous evaluation, ideally in complex enterprise/regulated environments.
