Events Setup Crew

Help bring events, displays, and day-to-day mall operations to life at one of Canada’s most iconic destinations. Full-time - year-round, stable full-time hours.   What You’ll Do Set up and take down mall events, displays, and projects (stages, signage, tables, fencing, specialty fixtures, etc.). Assist departments and tenants with deliveries, equipment moves, furniture transfers, and internal logistics requests. Operate equipment such as forklifts, aerial lifts, and power jacks (training provided if needed). Support dispatch tasks such as tracking requests, updating calendars, radio communication, and documenting issues. Maintain safe work practices and help enforce safety standards. Keep storage and back-of-house areas clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Work independently while contributing to a positive, accountable team environment. Other duties as needed to support mall operations.   What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in logistics, facilities, warehouse, events, or similar work is an asset — but not required for the right candidate. Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and be on your feet for most of the day. Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset when interacting with tenants and internal teams. Comfortable working a rotating schedule (days, evenings, weekends, holidays, early mornings, and occasional on-call).   Additional Requirements Must be able to pass a basic security clearance.
