Job Description

You will assist customer service representatives to help facilitate a sound customer service experience Additionally, you will file, mail, and pull paperwork to assist with audits You will use Oracle or other business software systems to assist Customer Service Reps, as well as be responsible for uploading electronic record keeping accordingly Further, you will finalize all paperwork after order is complete by tracking shipments to confirm and obtain proof of delivery You will identify quality issues or other customer problems and inform responsible representative You will generate reports and use spreadsheets to support the product flow team when necessary Also, you will support Product Flow Manager and materials coordinator with Kanban system administration
