As a Talent Analyst, you will contribute to the delivery of innovative talent initiatives that enhance the employee experience, strengthen leadership capability, and drive measurable outcomes across Serco.
The Talent Center of Excellence (CoE) serves as a strategic driver within the People, Culture & Communications function, with a focus on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to support long-term organizational performance. The CoE partners closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to design and implement talent strategies aligned with organizational priorities, helping to build a high-performance culture and support employee growth.
In this role, you will join a highly collaborative and results-oriented Talent CoE team that plays a central role in shaping the experience of colleagues across the North America Division. The team partners across HR, Communications, Operations, and Senior Leadership to design and deliver programs that are visible, measurable, and aligned with the organization’s most important priorities. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives, engage with senior stakeholders, and observe the direct impact of your work on employee engagement, development, and retention.

In this role, you will:
- Plan and execute end-to-end talent development programs, translating strategic priorities and talent strategies into actionable plans with defined timelines, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Own key components of talent initiatives (attraction, retention, and development), ensuring supporting elements of programs are well-coordinated, delivered on schedule, and aligned to business needs.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including tracking deliverables, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder inputs across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Coordinate and deliver program events and experiences (e.g., leadership sessions, talent reviews, workshops), managing logistics, materials, facilitation support, communications, and post-event follow-up.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, gather input, and ensure successful adoption and execution of talent strategies.
- Develop and execute clear, targeted communication plans to support program launches and engagement, tailoring messaging for employees, managers, and leadership audiences.
- Analyze and report on program effectiveness, using KPIs, dashboards, and feedback to generate insights and recommend improvements.
- Create and maintain high-quality program materials and resources, enabling scalable and consistent delivery across the organization.
- Identify risks and gaps proactively, and take ownership of resolving issues to keep programs on track.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- U.S Citizenship required
- A Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of experience supporting or delivering talent programs, HR initiatives, or workforce-related projects
- Demonstrated ability to plan and manage projects end-to-end, including building project plans, tracking milestones, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering against deadlines
- Experience coordinating programs or events with multiple moving parts, including logistics, communications, and follow-through
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and audience-appropriate messaging and materials
- Comfort working with data and metrics, including tracking KPIs, analyzing outcomes, and using insights to inform decisions
- Strong organizational and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and proactively, anticipating needs and driving work forward with minimal direction
- Experience collaborating across functions in a professional, matrixed environment
Additional desired experience & skills:
- Experience in talent management, learning & development, or employee experience programs
- Familiarity with talent lifecycle processes (succession planning, engagement, development programs)
- Experience supporting enterprise tools (e.g., learning platforms, engagement surveys, or HRIS systems)
- Exposure to vendor management or external partner coordination
- Experience supporting communications strategies for programs (e.g., campaigns, launches)
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights
- Experience supporting large-scale organizational initiatives or transformation efforts
- Experience exploring or applying AI-enabled tools to drive efficiency, insights, or innovation in talent programs and employee experience
