Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
Prioritize, delegate and follow through on tasks related to the Personal Shopping Team’s daily workload, oversee implementation of new processes
Monitor and coach each team member to maximize individual productivity, customer retention & increase sales and engagement; supporting delivery of team sales targets and KPIs
Always encourage a positive attitude and professional relationships, role modelling high clienteling standards and that all client communication follows our standards and guidelines.
Work with Personal Shopping Manager and PR/Events team to support on end-to-end management of client events.
Be the central point of contact for the Personal Shopping Team to resolve customer requests and issues and complaints along with other departments, escalate to PS Manager where necessary.
Work with the Personal Shopping Manager to monitor team sales as part of weekly team review: use data to identify opportunities and action plans, use trended data to identify training needs, process changes and Identifying opportunities to improve the personal shopping journey
Support Personal Shopping Manager with weekly sales report and team meeting organization, and other reports as required.
Leading onboarding of new team members, adapt training modules as the business changes
The type of person we are looking for:
Positive and energetic natural leader and a people person with demonstrable and sustainable drive to succeed, as well as a confident decision maker and influencer
Previous experience managing an elite team in terms of service and sales for a luxury retail brand.
A strong people manager who is confident managing a diverse team through different stages of their development keeping succession planning at the heart of how they manage
Can work cross functionally with a variety of teams such as Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, and Customer Service team
A genuine interest in measuring and raising standards of customer service is essential, together with a thorough understanding of the luxury consumer and a sympathetic approach to their needs and expectations
Must be able to demonstrate a customer centric approach with excellent service skills and relationship building ability
An evident passion for and in-depth knowledge of luxury Men’s fashion is essential
A good sense of humor and understanding of Mr Porter brand identity and tone
Good command of Microsoft office suite, in particular Microsoft Excel is a pre-requisite
Compensation for this role is $87,550 annually, Clothing Allowance and eligible for Personal Bonus
