Role Summary
Responsible for implementing front-line security measures such as patrolling, access control, traffic management, and emergency response. As the operational backbone of the Polis Bantuan unit, the constable ensures a secure and orderly environment across company-managed properties. The role supports Eco World’s digitalisation journey by applying digital solutions and innovations to enhance work efficiency, collaboration, and output quality.
Key Outcomes
Security Enforcement – Maintains secure checkpoints, conducts patrols, and responds to threats.
Access Control – Monitors entry and exit of people, vehicles, and goods.
Support Operations – Assists in crowd control, escort duties, and money handling.
Incident Alertness – Identifies and reports suspicious activity promptly.
Resident & Visitor Support – Provides directions and helps maintain a professional public image.
Key Responsibilities
1. Patrolling & Surveillance
Conduct foot and vehicle patrols in assigned zones.
Observe surroundings for security violations or hazards.
Use surveillance tools to monitor high-risk areas.
2. Access Control
Check IDs, authorize entry/exit of personnel and visitors.
Record vehicle and personnel movements as required.
Enforce visitor registration procedures.
3. Emergency Support
Respond to alarms or calls for assistance.
Assist in evacuation and first-response efforts.
Escalate emergencies to superiors or external authorities.
4. Public Interaction
Provide assistance and guidance to residents and guests.
Offer support during events and crowd control duties.
Escort personnel or items when required.
5. Compliance Adherence
Follow SOPs and duty instructions without deviation.
Report incidents clearly and maintain log accuracy.
Maintain proper appearance and equipment status.
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Background
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
Experience Requirements
0–2 years in a security role.
