Are you an experienced LVN with a passion for clinical leadership and excellence in resident care? Delta View Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our management team. In this key leadership role, you will partner closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee clinical operations, support nursing staff, and ensure exceptional care for our residents.
Position Details
Position: Full-Time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 annually, DOE
Location: Delta View Post Acute

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership
Partner with the DON to oversee daily nursing operations and clinical programs.
Monitor resident care to ensure quality outcomes and regulatory compliance.
Conduct rounds and assist with clinical assessments and interventions as needed.
Team Development & Management
Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and mentoring nursing staff.
Support performance evaluations, coaching, corrective actions, and staff development initiatives.
Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Assist in developing, implementing, and updating nursing policies and procedures.
Conduct staff education and in-service training programs.
Resident & Family Relations
Serve as a liaison between residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
Advocate for resident rights and promote a culture of dignity, respect, and person-centered care.
Operational Support
Serve as the primary backup to the Director of Nursing.
Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
Provide direct resident care when necessary to support clinical operations.
Qualifications
Current and active California LVN license required (RNs encouraged to apply; BSN preferred).
Minimum of 3–5 years of nursing leadership or management experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Commitment to clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and resident-centered care.
