Job Description
Purpose of this Position
1. Lead the subcontractor management team to implement corporate strategies and execute annual plans with internal/external stakeholders.
2. Manage relationships, performance and manufacturing costs with OEM/EMS suppliers.
3. Drive OEM/EMS sourcing, assessment, and business negotiations.
4. Improve RFP/RFQ processes and executions.
Major Areas of Responsibility
1. Develop annual execution plans to implement corporate strategies.
2. Lead and empower the team to embrace organizational transformations.
3. Drive OEM/EMS sourcing, assessment, and reviews.
4. Develop trusted relationships with OEM/EMS suppliers.
5. As primary contact to host business negotiation with OEM/EMS suppliers.
6. Improve RFP/RFQ processes and executions.
7. Manage OEM/EMS KPIs to achieve annual targets.
8. Analyze OEM/EMS manufacturing cost structure and control reasonable MVA.
Minimum Job Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Experience: 6+ years of experience in the electronics industry, 2+ years of supervisory/management experience. Factory management experience is a plus.
3. Language: good at English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
4. Skills: strong communication & coordination, project management, electronics manufacturing process knowledge, process analysis, business negotiation.
