Food Runner

The Food Runner works closely and communicates clearly with the server, expediter, chef and all members of the service team; acts as the liaison between the front and the back of the house, and applies a detailed understanding of Bistro Boudin’s service culture to anticipate the guests’ needs to ensure outstanding service.
