Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

I.AIM OF THE JOB:

This role is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple online channels to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and achieve business growth objectives.

II.KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

1.DIGITAL MARKETING

  • Administer mall’s owned digital and social media channels including fanpage, website, membership app, internal portal/channels (Yammer), Instagram, TikTok etc.
  • Publish the marketing material on digital channels: Wifi, LED screens, e-directory, directory, floor plan, email marketing, social media platforms etc.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms (fan pages etc.) and Marketing email in a timely and professional manner to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement digital activities, regular social promotions and campaigns to develop customer data to drive traffic to the shopping mall and boost sales.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals to maximize ROI and conversion rates..
  • Oversee website management, including back-end coordination for maintenance, system updates, and renewal activities to ensure seamless functionality and performance
  • Manage media booking processes, including preparing media plans, coordinating with agencies, obtaining and evaluating quotations, and appointing as well as overseeing agency performance to ensure effective campaign execution (budgets and schedules)
  • Support tenants in marketing initiatives and coordinate the execution of campaigns to ensure consistency.
  • Collate and analyse market trends/insights and competitors’ campaigns/activities.

2.CONTENT CREATOR

  • Perform copywriting to support marketing campaign on digital channels.
  • Develop ideas/brainstorm and produce material (video, photos, written, visual, or audio etc.) which content aligned with current digital trends, company values and culture.
  • Produce high-quality, brand-aligned multimedia content, including social media posts, short/long-form videos, and infographics etc.
  • Distributing the content which suitable for each social media platform such as Fanpage, Tiktok, Instagram etc.

3.Other Responsibilities

  • Support the team in creative development of marketing materials, event execution, partnerships or sponsorships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., teammates, leasing, operations, design, risk and compliance, IT, finance etc.) and external agencies to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as reasonably assigned by the Head of Department or Management from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail, shopping mall.
  • Knowledge about social media, SEO/SEM, Google Display Network (GDN), Google Adwords, Google Analytics, online marketing key performance indicators (KPIs) and membership programme/CRM
  • Basic knowledge in graphics arts software, editing videos application and HTML for website applications or willingness to learn.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Outlook; and Internet
  • Strong capability in creating and adapting short-form video is an advantage.
