In particular, they prepare different tax settlements as well as work on a number of tax-related tasks, including coordination of tax settlements on a global scale along with providing support in obtaining and analysing data from clients, preparation of immigration documentation, coordination of social security related tasks and much more.

Core Responsibilities:
Be a subject matter expert on tax and and global mobility issues with the ability to take ownership for overall compliance processes provided by the team
Lead the development and transition of new tax compliance services to our Centre
Initiate and lead scalable projects aimed at increasing efficiency, operational excellence and quality
Continuously improve and optimize the existing processes utilizing process management methodologies
Support the operational team in expanding the technical services provided to territory and/or clients served in our Centre in the area of personal tax compliance
Build, maintain and lead strong relationships on technical aspects with the territories served and external clients
Train and develop highly performing teams, support knowledge sharing initiatives
Qualifications
Manager with min 2 years of experience of working in a global mobility & tax area in a global corporate, consultancy or shared services
Solid understanding of process management methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement), including process mapping, standardisation and optimisation initiatives.
Experience in project management, driving end-to-end process improvements and implementation of operational efficiencies (certification such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, AgilePM or equivalent would be an asset)
Good knowledge of one or more local personal income tax legislation in Europe would be a strong asset
Languages: English at least B2 level in speaking and writing;
Strong time-management skills including proven ability to work independently and ability to proactively manage stakeholders to ensure delivery of results to agreed service levels
Very good analytical and data skills with a high attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
