We provide comprehensive, coordinated, and evidence-based outpatient treatment services to support individuals on their journey to full recovery from substance use disorders.    Location/Schedule: 175 Emery Highway, Macon, Ga –Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 12:00PM-8:00 PM, Wednesdays and Friday 8:00AM-4:00 PM   Key Responsibilities: Provide individual counseling and support to clients and their families affected by substance use disorders. Facilitate group counseling sessions, including process therapy groups and educational sessions on addiction-related topics. Conduct confidential behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, addressing substance use and any co-occurring needs. Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary treatment team members to ensure coordinated, client-centered care.   Qualifications: Required Certification or Licensure: CAC I/II or CADC I/II OR LMSW or LPC with a minimum of two years’ experience in a social service-related role.   Preferred Experience: Skilled in facilitating group therapy and skills training.
