🎯 What's your mission?
Responsible for Fragrance Development projects for cross categories based on library selection
🛠️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day
Work on cross categories projects for China markets based on APAC/global library in partnership with FDM.
Coordinate with other departments on specific needs on briefs: Application, Sales, Perfumers and Regulatory.
Build and manage internal fragrance library and category.
Constant study of the new products of the market, classification and find library options in line.
Recommend new library proposals based on Eurofragance APAC/ Global library.
Work and collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team on specific clients visits and events. Responsible for olfactive mappings and insights across categories for China category reviews.
Collaborate internally with the global company resources to achieve best in class results in fastest time.
You will based in Shanghai.
✅ What you need to shine in this role
Degree in related discipline
Min 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a fragrance house / environment
Olfactive knowledge of significant market brands in China.
Proficient in English and Mandarin for effective communications
