Role Synopsis
The BPM Process Analyst will be responsible for end-to-end process mapping, documentation, and standardisation using the ARIS platform, supporting BPM and Process Mining initiatives across Customer and products / downstream domain.
The role acts as a critical bridge between business collaborators and the BPM Hub (COE), ensuring high-quality process design aligned to enterprise standards while enabling process transparency, optimisation, and governance.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with Global Process Owners, lead end-to-end BPM/process mining engagements (scoping, discovery, modelling, insights, value realisation)
- evelop and maintain high-quality process models (L3–L5) in ARIS, following enterprise modelling standards and conventions
- Capture as-is and to-be processes, ensuring completeness of activities, roles, systems, and controls
- Maintain process repositories as a single source of truth
- Lead process discovery workshops with global collaborators
- Translate business requirements into structured process maps and documentation
- Ensure alignment with process owners, SMEs, and functional teams
- Ensure consistency to ARIS modelling standards, governance, and approval workflows
- Support review cycles including functional and technical validation
- Maintain consistency across process hierarchies and enterprise activity models
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization
- Support BPM and Process Mining teams with process design inputs for analytics and insights
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and standardization programs.
Tool & Data Management
- Use ARIS (Designer / Connect) for modelling, collaboration, and publishing
- Support integration of process data with related platforms (e.g., process mining, risk & controls).
- Maintain libraries, and process documentation standard .
Essential Education :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in BPM / Six Sigma (preferred)
Essential Experience:
Core Skills
- Strong expertise in process mapping using ARIS (mandatory)
- Solid understanding of BPM methodologies and BPMN/EPC modelling standards
- Experience in end-to-end process documentation and governance
Functional Knowledge
- Good understanding of the C&P landscape is preferred which broadly includes:
- Mobility & Convenience
- Sales & Support
- Customer Service
- Retail Operations
- Product Supply / Logistics
- Asset Management & Maintenance
- Understanding of process improvement frameworks and continuous improvement mindset
Soft Skills
- Strong collaborator management and workshop facilitation skills
- Ability to translate complex business processes into structured models
- Superb communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Exposure to process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Signavio)
- Experience of working in a shared services environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
