The Engagement Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing customer engagement strategies that drive activation, retention, and multi-product education that results in second product adoption. This role owns the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across channels, ensuring timely delivery, strong performance, and alignment with business objectives. The manager partners closely with Product and Lines of Business, Insights, Analytics, and across the Marketing organization to translate business goals into customer-centric engagement strategies, while coordinating cross-functional teams including Brand, Operations, and Compliance to deliver seamless customer experiences.
