職務内容 【職務内容/ Job Description】 Overview AXA Japan is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Transversal team in Solution Delivery for Operation, Customers, P&C, and Corporate Functions business

This role is responsible for Scrum/Change Management, Solution Architect, Release Management, and Expert Business Analyst transversally across the business value facing tribes and Engineering teams

This role requires insurance domain knowledge, business applications/projects delivery experience and the ability to partner across business and IT teams

This position will report to a Corporate Officer, Solution Delivery Key responsibilities Accountable and Supervise the below four transversal functions Scrum/Change Management Manage a consolidated & comprehensive project delivery schedule which include projects, BAUs, QoS(Quality of Service) initiatives, and IT Security initiatives, if conflicts or risk at delivery, lead to address

Develop delivery KPIs which includes quality, Velocity, and efficiency, monitor & lead further improvement Lead scrum(s) as a scrum master aligned with AXA Agile framework Initiate and execute PI Plannings for complex and multiple stakeholders involved projects    2 

Solution Architect Define End to End business solution architecture in scoped business values, i.e

Operations, Customers, and P&C, and Corporate Functions ensure to align with AXA Japan & AXA Global Architecture Own to define end to end IT solution(s) in a project at project initiation Engage with Data / AI team to accelerate Data/ AI driven solution implementation People Management Performance and behavior management for direct reports and Transversal team Maintain high morale and motivate team members Future talent development and coaching Release Management Manage release schedules which include projects, BAU, QoS including platform related changes led by Global/AXA GO, IT Securities in scope business applications In conjunction with Production Release Management, also manage SI/SIT/UAT/Pre-Prod environment schedule which impact on production release Articulate and resolve schedule and /or dependencies of changes conflicts Engage with IT Services team in Technology & Operations, represent in CABs Expert Business Analyst Engage with business users to define end to end business processes and functions in respected business functions area Closely work with Life Platform Modernization (LPM) program, specially Stream3 - End to End Process stream 【求めるスキル・経験/ Required Skills and Experiences 】 Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

Advanced certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred

Experience: 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years managing complex IT transformation projects in the insurance or financial services industry

Languages: Native or fluent in Japanese and proficient in English communication skills

Skills and Competences Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on data accuracy and quality

Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management across business and IT

Ability to manage multiple streams, conflicting priorities, and tight deadlines

Effective communicator with the ability to translate data concepts for executives and non-technical audiences

Change-oriented mindset with a focus on adoption and value realization

Business / Technical Knowledge: Experience with life insurance business processes and functions at high level end to end Experience with project/program management tools (Jira/Confluence) and data visualization (Power BI)

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and migration best practices
