What Will You Do - Responsibilities for Employment

Work with the National Sales Manager in mapping out strategies and tactics to achieve sales goals.

Commit to and achieve company sales objectives and growth targets in accordance with the company’s financial goals.

Provide regular feedback to management team on new customers, business situation, market trends and competitors’ strategies.

Responsible for managing, maintaining and developing VIP clients, e.g. managing their supply, inventory, market development of new products, and product training arrangement.

Responsible for managing lab sales reps in the territory, supervising and reviewing their work in order to help them achieve their sales target.

Responsible for sales management in the territory, dealers’ purchasing channel management, dealers’ inventory control, monitoring cross-territorial sales, and helping dealers develop new clients.

Assist to achieve sales target of lab products in the territory.
Who You Are - Qualifications
Education:
-
Medical science related major. Bachelor degree or above.
Experience:
-
Minimum 4 years experiences of pharmaceutical, medical equipment or consumables sales in FIEs.

Minimum 2 years experience of managing medical instrument dealers.
Specific Knowledge /skills:
-
Frequent travel acceptable.
-
Strong leadership with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Sales driven and result-oriented with excellent business negotiation skills.

Innovative with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
-
Well organized & capable of completing multi-tasks simultaneously.

The capacity to work and grow in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment.

Computer literate with knowledge of MS excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
