Air Separation Plant Operator

You’ll follow Operating Discipline principles and procedures to keep the plant running safely and efficiently Operating and checking process equipment in the field will be part of your daily routine, along with monitoring process conditions, equipment, and control systems You’ll work with multiple, complex plant computer control systems to manage operations smoothly Troubleshooting skills will come in handy to quickly resolve any process-related issues or deviations You’ll perform minor repairs, improvements, and preventative maintenance on process equipment to keep everything reliable Maintaining clear and professional communication with contractors, visitors, customers, colleagues, and management is important Using your process knowledge, you’ll look for ways to improve plant performance and Operating Discipline Coaching and training others on plant operations will also be part of your role, helping the team grow and succeed
