Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and IT systems issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, proprietary software, virtual desktops, and mobile OS.
- Manage incidents and document resolutions using request fulfillment and incident management processes.
- Perform system maintenance including software upgrades, hardware installations, and user account setups.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues and participate in relevant projects.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain accurate documentation of support activities and solutions.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or MCITP are a plus.
- Experience: Proven background in help desk or technical support, delivering excellent customer service.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and IT hardware/software.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and ability to work under pressure.
- This role ensures IT infrastructure efficiency with a mix of technical expertise and customer service skills.
