Job Description
- Drive end-to-end program management and execution for key product areas within the consumer health User Experience (UX) portfolio.
- Maintain and optimize core user experience operational rhythms, facilitate team syncs, and manage visual, interaction, and accessibility bug triaging.
- Partner with cross-functional peers to align roadmaps, manage dependencies, and advocate for user-centered design in key forums.
- Create and deliver regular program status summaries and coordinate communications across global time zones to align stakeholders.
- Coordinate operational relationships, budget tracking, contractor renewals, and statements of work with external creative agencies.
