About the Role The Account Management Associate supports the end-to-end client servicing process for Gallagher Philippines
Acting as a key support to Account Managers, Client Executives and Brokers, this role ensures the efficient delivery of insurance and risk solutions
The position is responsible for policy administration, renewals, documentation, premium processing and reporting, while coordinating with clients, insurers and internal teams
It plays a key role in ensuring timely, accurate servicing and maintaining Gallagher’s high service standards and client experience
Key responsibilities Client Account Management Support Support Account Managers and Client Executives in day-to-day client servicing Assist with client requests and ensure timely follow-up Prepare client presentations and service materials Provide administrative support across the client lifecycle
Renewal and Policy Administration Coordinate policy renewals, ensuring key timelines are met Prepare and process renewal documentation, endorsements and certificates Review policy documents for accuracy and completeness Track outstanding requirements and follow up with clients and insurers Support policy issuance and placement activities Documentation & Compliance Ensure all client and policy documentation meets company and regulatory requirements Maintain accurate and well-organised client records (electronic and physical) Support compliance reviews, audits and documentation checks Assist with KYC, onboarding and other regulatory obligations as required Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with insurers, underwriters, clients and internal teams on policy and servicing matters Coordinate with Finance and Operations on premium invoicing and collections Follow up on outstanding endorsements, certificates, quotations and policy documents Escalate issues and service concerns in a timely manner Operational Excellence Ensure timely and accurate processing of client servicing transactions Monitor SLAs and turnaround times to maintain service standards Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency Deliver a high standard of professionalism and client service aligned to The Gallagher Way Reporting & Data Management Prepare reports on renewals, outstanding items and account status Maintain accurate data and records within company systems Ensure the integrity and accuracy of client and policy information Support the preparation of management and client reports What We’re Looking For Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance or a related field, with 1–3 years’ experience in insurance, financial services or administrative support Experience in policy administration, renewals or client servicing (brokerage or insurer experience is advantageous) Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage data, documentation and reporting accurately Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using client or policy management systems Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What’s on offer At Gallagher, we believe in empowering our people to thrive both professionally and personally
