Job Description
- Direct the safety roadmap for high-priority GenAI launches, delivering robust testing frameworks and mitigation strategies for complex user harms and product vulnerabilities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders in engineering, product, GDM (Deepmind), and legal, synthesizing perspectives to command alignment on high-stakes decisions.
- Act as the safety subject matter expert to embed guardrails directly into the product development lifecycle, ensuring they are "safer by design".
- Convert traffic patterns and safety signals into strategic intelligence. Anticipate emerging risks to influence product roadmaps and drive continuous innovation.
- Bridge high-level strategy with precise execution, orchestrating complex testing workstreams with partners while serving as the primary "front-door" for safety-related work.
