What you’ll do
The role responsibilities include:
- Support the implementation and monitoring of HSE programs across project sites to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct site inspections to identify hazards and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in accident and incident investigations, including reporting, documentation, and root cause analysis.
- Monitor high-risk activities (e.g., working at height, lifting operations, confined space entry) to ensure safe execution.
- Analyze safety data, trends, and reports to support continuous improvement of HSE performance.
- Participate in safety audits, inspections, and compliance checks across project activities.
- Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training sessions to site personnel.
- Promote a positive safety culture through communication, engagement, and on-site supervision.
What you’ll have
- Certified Safety Officer (Professional Level) accredited by relevant authority.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in safety, health, environment, or related discipline.
- Proven experience in HSE roles within construction, oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, permit-to-work systems, and hazard identification.
- Experience supporting site safety supervision during hazardous operations
- Experience in EPC, construction, or commissioning projects across industrial sectors (e.g., refinery, pipeline, power plant)
