Primary Job Responsibilities:
Oversee Installation
Oversee Installation
- Operations Manage dispatching, material ordering, truck and tool inventory, and warehouse organization for all installation jobs.
Ensure Job Packet Accuracy
- Review and approve installation job packets, ensuring complete documentation and correct material orders.
Assign and Support Install Crews
- Approve crew assignments, conduct job pre-inspections, and assist with product selection and pricing when needed.
Manage Inventory & Material Usage:
- Track unused materials for return or reuse, maintain accurate warehouse and truck stock levels.
Ensure Safety and Quality Standards:
- Conduct regular jobsite, truck, and safety inspections; lead monthly safety meetings.
Coordinate Permitting and Compliance:
- Ensure proper filing of installation permits and maintain compliance with local regulations.
Budget and Job Costs:
- Monitor departmental budget, analyze job costing, and oversee scrap recycling to boost revenue.
Develop and Train Team Members:
- Define training schedules, identify employee strengths/needs, and design development plans to build skillsets.
Recruit and Plan Workforce:
- Participate in hiring, workforce planning, and employee engagement to support departmental growth.
Uphold Brand and Professional Standards:
- Represent One Hour professionally, follow safety and ethical guidelines, and maintain a clean, respectful work environment.
