Job Description
- Set the overarching technical goals, roadmap, and architectural decisions to ensure Colab continues as the premier notebook platform inside and outside Google.
- Collaborate closely with product, user experience (UX), and partner engineering teams to seamlessly align technical execution with product strategy and goals.
- Oversee the scalability, reliability, security, and overall engineering excellence of all Colab systems and infrastructure.
- Scale team velocity and performance continuously by advocating and implementing the best engineering tools and practices.
- Mentor, guide, and develop executive engineers and technical leads (TLs) actively within the Colab organization to build a strong engineering culture.
