Senior Software Engineer (Salesforce)

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer (Salesforce) to join our IPfolio Software Engineering team in Belgrade. About You – Experience, Education, Skills, and Accomplishments

• Minimum 3 years of experience developing software using Salesforce Apex and LWC
• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in English
   

It would be great if you also have . . .

• Excellent knowledge of git based source driven development
• Experience with working around Salesforce limits by using asynchronous/batch processing
• Any relevant Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, or similar).
   

What will you be doing in this role?

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools under guidance from senior developers.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following Salesforce and team coding standards.
• Work closely with other senior engineers and architects to build functional and scalable solutions.
• Apply Salesforce best practices, including security, governor limits, and performance considerations.
• Perform unit testing (Apex / Jest tests) for assigned developments to ensure quality and reliability.
• Contribute to and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and configuration details.
• Continuously lead the improvement and innovation

Hours of Work  

This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone.

This is a hybrid position, you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
