Business Operations Analyst
Job Description
We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our Customer Experience team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a role in optimizing processes, improving operational efficiency, and driving strategic initiatives that support our business objectives.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Minimum 2 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years working with Power BI for data visualization, dashboard development, and performance tracking, at least 1 year of experience designing or implementing automation solutions to improve operational efficiency, using tools such as Power Automate, Excel for automating reporting, SQL or other data querying languages
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
Proficiency in English
It would be great if you also have . . .
Experience identifying manual processes and translating them into automated workflows
Exposure to AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GitHub copilot) to enhance reporting, documentation, or analysis
Experience in business processes optimization
Good understanding of business processes and operational workflows
What will you be doing in this role?
Conduct analysis of business operations data, identifying trends and providing actionable insights for operational improvements
Prepare and distribute detailed reports on operational performance, ensuring that stakeholders have access to accurate and timely data
Support the development and optimization of business processes, working with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
Monitor and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring that metrics are effectively used to inform business decisions and improve outcomes
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for new operational processes and support the development of related documentation
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance overall business performance
Assist in managing projects related to process improvement, ensuring that initiatives are completed on time and aligned with business goals
About the Team
You will be a part of team of 3 people providing analysis on operational effectiveness and monitoring performance metrics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and decision-making.
Hours of Work
This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone. This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
