Purpose
Own and manage Docmap and related Global HSEQ applications as business-critical platforms, ensuring stable operations, continuous improvement, and alignment with business needs. Drive efficient use of systems by improving workflows, data quality, and collaboration between business and IT, while ensuring scalability and compliance.
Interrelations
The position reports to the Digital Strategy & Product Lead. The position shall work closely with
- Peers in the HSEQ network of the individual regions
- Peers in the WSM IT organization
- Third party suppliers offering HSEQ related software
Formal authorities
- Have the authority to act within the Functional Description and the agreed budgets and as specified in GIMS / DOCMAP
Main responsibilities and tasks
- Manage and develop Docmap and other Global HSEQ relevant application to serve strategically the HSEQ business area, including roadmap management, governance, lifecycle planning, and vendor engagement.
- Drive efficiency and automation initiatives across HSEQ processes by reducing manual work and improving digital workflows, data quality, and transparency.
- Act as the key interface between HSEQ, Operations, IT, regional stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure aligned priorities and effective collaboration.
- Capture, structure, and prioritize business needs and improvement initiatives from global regions, translating them into scalable system and process solutions.

Mandatory Requirement
- Senior Officer with strong understanding of maritime operations, HSEQ processes, and operational interdependencies.
- Proven ability to drive digital improvement, process optimization, and application-related initiatives in a business environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across regions, functions, and cultural settings.
