What You'll Do
The Vendor Platform Administrator is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of global vendors to ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, contractual expectations, and industry best practices. This main focus of this role is developing and maintaining use of third-party vendor management software throughout the organization.
The position requires experience in managing and administering third-party software to optimize its benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Become the subject matter expert on the use of the company’s third-party global vendor management software.
- Meet with stake holders from various functional areas who can utilize the software to understand their requirements and translate those requirements into meaningful use of the software platform.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on the software platform for all users. Create and provide meaningful training and documentation for all users.
- Administer and maintain the OneTrust TPRM instance, or any future vendor management platform, including workflows, questionnaires, and vendor records.
- Support configuration updates, user access management, and system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues in coordination with internal stakeholders and OneTrust or any future platform support.
- Maintain and monitor the integration between Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) and OneTrust
- Ensure accurate ingestion of D&B data (e.g., risk scores, financial check data) into vendor profiles.
- Identify and resolve platform integration failures, data discrepancies, and synchronization issues.
- Partner with internal technology teams or vendors to optimize integration performance.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of third-party data across the platform.
- Clean, normalize, and maintain vendor records to support reporting and regulatory needs
- Develop dashboards and reporting outputs to track: vendor risk ratings; due diligence status; remediation progress; other data points as required; and translate data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Support third-party onboarding and due diligence processes.
- Assist in risk assessments, documentation tracking, and issue remediation workflows.
- Maintain trackers and datasets for program execution and audit readiness.
- Help scale processes through standardization and automation.
- Work with other divisions within First Advantage to develop reporting across multiple systems which will facilitate measuring adherence to Service Level Agreements and validation of invoicing.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
- Expertise in learning and maintaining software systems.
- Expertise in translating business requirements into technical software updates.
- Must earn OneTrust system certification through self-learning modules, exploration of the software, and thoughtful use of the software vendor support team within 45 days of holding this role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting training to large audiences online.
- Strong analytical mindset capable of problem-solving software issues and features with minimal guidance.
- Strong Excel skills with ability to cross reference reporting from multiple sources
- Self-driven and persistent work style.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in third-party software management required. Experience with OneTrust TPRM instance preferred.
- Proven experience managing complex reporting requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Technical Field).
